About Teri Knott

Teri has been a mortgage banker with Stockton Mortgage Corporation since 2014 and has worked in the mortgage industry since 1996. She is currently in Stockton’s President Circle and has achieved this for eight years. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville, and her Master of Arts in Business from Sullivan University. She has been a top producer with the Kentucky Housing Corporation for over 20 years. Teri is also an expert specializing in Section 8 and Louisville Metro Housing programs.

Teri specializes in working with first-time buyers and offering affordable housing programs, ensuring the best product for any buyer’s position. She also partners with special programs from Louisville Metro Housing and River City Housing. Teri resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Robert, and two children. She serves on the NAREB Louisville Board as financial secretary and is Chair of the Outreach Committee. Teri is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She enjoys shopping and traveling with her family.
