Cindy Bradley joined Stockton Mortgage Corporation in June of 2019 as the Director of Community Outreach & Engagement. In this role, Cindy is putting her 27 years of affordable lending experience to work helping home buyers succeed.
Before joining Stockton’s team, Cindy worked at Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) for 17 years. At KHC, she excelled in building partnerships with lenders and other affordable housing stakeholders. Her primary focus was in educating loan officers, real estate agents, and home buyers about the benefits of KHC’s programs. Prior to her work for the state housing finance agency, she was a top producing KHC loan officer serving Louisville and the surrounding rural communities.
Cindy has been an approved continuing education instructor for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission for over 15 years. She is an affiliate member of the Mortgage Bankers Association & the Kentucky Real Estate Educators Association.
Cindy resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her wife Pat & very spoiled dog Tallulah. She spends her free time on the beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Her hobbies are playing golf, reading, and “nerding” out playing in trivia competitions.
