We believe that a successful business requires a robust technology environment; therefore, we employ an array of state-of-the-art business software, including:
- An end-to-end loan origination system that incorporates logic to ensure compliance with regulations and agency guidelines
- A document imaging and electronic document storage solution that includes automatic status notifications to appropriate individuals.
We utilize resilient, cloud-based services to backup software, network and data files to further enhance our technology environment. This cloud storage facilitates the rapid restoration of software and data, and eliminates issues that can arise when attempting to retrieve back-up files stored off-site during non-business hours.
Further, we deploy a recovery-assistance software, through which critical data backups occur every 15 minutes to a server located at a company location that is geographically distant from our main server site. In addition, we use Microsoft’s cloud-based Office 365, which enables Office suite access from any computer with Internet access. We also employ a configuration that allows us to rapidly transition to an alternative telecommunications conduit if failure occurs with the current connectivity in use.
