About Eric Stenger

Eric Stenger brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a deep commitment to the community he serves. Throughout changing markets and economic cycles, his focus has remained the same—helping clients make informed decisions so they can move forward with confidence and long-term stability.

After graduating from Shepherd University with a degree in Business Administration, Eric began his career in the financial industry and has spent decades guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll make. He takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of scenarios, offering thoughtful solutions and clear direction—even in the most complex situations.

Eric believes every homeownership journey is unique. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, clients refinancing, or those planning for their next chapter, he approaches each interaction with care, consistency, and a focus on what matters most to the client.

Outside of his work, Eric is actively involved in his local community in Berkeley County. He volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, serves on the board of the United Way, JuMP, and is an active member of Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce. He believes that giving back—especially through supporting and mentoring youth—is an important part of building a strong and thriving community.
