Gary Westerman is a highly experienced and knowledgeable mortgage professional with more than 25 years in the industry. Drawing on a diverse background that includes title insurance, real estate closings, insurance sales, real estate agency work, and residential building contracting, Gary understands the mortgage process from multiple angles. That perspective allows him to guide clients with clarity and confidence, helping them navigate complex decisions and find loan solutions that truly fit their needs.

Today, Gary focuses his work on mortgage lending, overseeing loan origination and client relationships while applying the insight gained throughout his career. He works closely with borrowers to identify the most appropriate loan products, leveraging decades of industry experience and prior leadership at the brokerage level to ensure a clear, supportive lending experience from start to finish.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas–Fayetteville. A Hot Springs native, he maintains strong ties to the local community and is committed to delivering personalized, dependable service to clients throughout the area.

Gary currently specializes in reverse mortgages while also offering expertise across a broad range of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
