About Krista Boehm
After attending the University of Pittsburgh for finance, Krista Boehm dove head first into the banking industry. She quickly realized she had a knack for home equity lending, which led her into mortgage lending in 2011. After some time as a solo Loan Officer, Krista joined the Lagoni lineup of loan partners in 2020. She came highly recommended by a realtor partner who wanted all of her favorite LOs to join forces and soon became the “Swiss Army Knife” of the team. Need a construction loan? Maybe a renovation loan? How about jumbo, investment, or state housing? Someone say doctor loan? Krista’s got you covered! She has a knack for translating numbers, guidelines and qualification details into language borrowers truly understand and won’t rest until she’s confident her borrowers are comfortable. Krista is always a “good man in a storm” and stays calm and confident in the face of the obstacles that can come up in the loan process. Outside of work, Krista loves spending time with her husband, snuggling her new baby girl, and hiking with her dog Boo. You might just find more than Boo hanging around at Krista’s house… she dreams of opening a dog rescue in the woods of her backyard! And no doubt, she’ll be doing it all in a killer pair of heels!
