Simon Nwoke

Simon is a licensed mortgage originator and a strategic financial planner with more than two decades of industry experience. As a seasoned mortgage professional, Simon finds great satisfaction in assisting borrowers with their mortgage needs. Recognizing that buying a home can be a difficult process, whether for a first time home buyer or an investor, he strives to make each client’s experience smooth and pleasant. He always provides excellent, honest professional service as he guides them toward realizing their home ownership dream.  Simon has a firm commitment to providing effective communication to both clients and business partners.

He also has great passion in working with Real Estate Agents in helping them close more loans.  In doing so, he makes it a point to be there for them at all times; assisting them with their clients’ needs.

Simon is well-versed in the requirements for FHA, VA, USDA, CONVENTIONAL, AND REVERSE mortgages. He enjoys working with a diverse group of clients. Simon says, “The process of investing in a home is about so much more than just rates and closing cost. In most cases my client’s home will be the largest investment that they have in their portfolio. It is my honor to make sure that it is positioned properly. I do so by helping my clients realize their short and long term financial goals through strategic mortgage planning.”

Simon found his passion for mortgage finance only after receiving a BBA degree in marketing then deciding to further his business education by obtaining an MBA degree in Finance. When he is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends .
