Talk Homes from Your Home
Within our current environment, so many of us are sticking closer to home and minimizing unnecessary contact with other people. Keeping a sense of normalcy despite this temporary shift in our lives can become challenging, particularly if you are securing a mortgage due to refinance or home purchase. Being mindful of this we wanted to remind you of all the ways you can reach us without coming to the office.
Chat Online
Our online chat is available Monday- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our chat is monitored by in-house customer service representatives who are eager to assist you with your loan related questions and can put you in touch with a licensed mortgage banker. To chat with us click our chat icon in the bottom right of the screen.
Send Loan Documents Electronically
There are a lot of documents involved in getting a mortgage and only so many ways to send them. While sending documents via carrier pigeons would be fun, it probably will not be effective. Faxing works great; the mortgage banker you are working with can provide you their unique and secure fax number that delivers documents directly to their email.
We realize that fax machines are no longer commonplace. If you don’t have access to a fax machine, consider taking photos of your documents with your smart phone and emailing them to your Mortgage Banker. You will want to do your best to ensure all the information on the document is legible and included in the photo. Double check your images before sending them – if you can’t read it, neither can your mortgage banker.

Interest rates are low and so many are eager to adjust their mortgages. We are still hard at work here at Stockton, so if you are curious about how the rate change can affect your mortgage, we’ve got you. You are welcome to set up a meeting with a mortgage banker, but we do also accept online applications for refinances and new mortgages.
