We’re excited to launch our 2027 Mortgage-Free Year Sweepstakes. When you close your loan — purchase or refinance — with Stockton Mortgage on or after January 1, you’re automatically entered for a chance to have your mortgage payment covered for a full year, up to $2,500 per month in 2027.

Consumers closing mortgage loans with Stockton in eligible jurisdictions between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 will automatically be entered to win. Entries have no cash value and are non-transferrable. Stockton is not responsible entrant’s errors or omissions on entry forms. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and/or other related local, state, or federal fees that may apply. Winner will be selected by a random drawing via computer-automated random selection. Drawing will be held within 30 days of the sweepstakes period expiration. REAL ESTATE SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AND STOCKTON EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. We will contact the winner using the information provided on the entry form or through the borrower’s loan contact information in the case of automatic entries. Winner to complete W-9, submit proof of age, and submit proof of monthly mortgage or rental payment to determine eligibility and award amount. All prizes not claimed and verified within twelve (12) days of the drawing date will be forfeited and a subsequent drawing will be held from the remaining entries. Prize includes the payment to the winner of a lump sum amount via check, ACH, or other cash-equivalent in Stockton’s discretion, in the amount of the winner’s current residential mortgage or rental payment amount for a period of twelve months. Prize capped at $2500 maximum monthly payment ($30,000 total), regardless of actual monthly payment amount. Stockton will not be responsible for nonpayment or late payment on a winning borrower’s mortgage loan or residential lease. Winner is responsible for transmitting all payments to their mortgage loan servicer or landlord.
