After joining the mortgage business and running as a solo loan officer for 13 years, Jeff Lagoni reached a point in his career where he was in over his head and lacked balance in his life. Taking the advice from loved ones who noticed he needed help, Jeff took a leap of faith and started the journey of building a work family. Flash forward to today: Jeff is the Branch Manager of the most incredible team of individuals, who are the best in their profession and truly love what they do. Small but mighty, his team earned its way into the top 1% of loan originators in the US. The team services all areas from low/moderate income assistance programs, where the team was recognized as the top producer for Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to luxury homes.

The passion, dedication and care Jeff has for all people has radiated through the team and is what customers remember the most – that the team truly cares. Jeff’s heart, compassion, generosity, and positivity is not only contagious but truly awe inspiring. With the support of the team, Jeff can now focus more on what he loves – building relationships with realtors and mortgage professionals. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family; the furry kids (Fred the cat, Oreo the bunny, and Sammy the German Shepherd), being his Wife, Son and Daughter’s biggest cheerleader, fishing at 84 lakes, being involved at church, and sneaking in a sleeve of Oreo cookies with a tall glass of milk.
