About Alison Emmett
Known among both her clients and industry professionals for her excellent communication and attention to detail, Alison Emmett genuinely cares about homebuyers. Since starting her real estate and mortgage career in 2007, she’s served clients with dedication and integrity. “I love solving problems for people and matching products that best fit their needs. I connect with them and dig a little deeper than the average person,” says Alison.
If they need to work on their credit, Alison offers suggestions on how to improve their credit score to help them qualify for a mortgage. “If the answer is ‘not now’, we’ll develop a plan to help them become homeowners. I don’t leave them with a ‘never’. We’ll work toward the goal together,” she says. She continues, “Their excitement over homeownership makes me happy. A lot of my clients become good friends. I know their story. I know their family. And they know me.”
Alison first became involved in the real estate industry assisting her husband during their time in North Pole, Alaska. She is a proud military wife of a husband who served 13 years active duty USAF and is now finishing out with the Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson in Tennessee. She is very active in the veteran community along with her church, through which she is able to support their homeless outreach activites.
