Belinda has been a mortgage loan originator with Stockton Mortgage since 2003. She has 22 years of experience in the mortgage and loan industry, serving a wide range of clientele including first time home buyers, repeat home buyers and investors. Belinda holds a degree in finance from the University of Kentucky and has specialized training in Kentucky Housing loans along with rural housing, FHA, and VA loans. While at Stockton Mortgage, Belinda was awarded Loan Officer of the Year consecutively four years in row, and has been the top loan producer for the Frankfort branch. Belinda’s success as a loan officer is supported by her excellent communication skills and her ability to relate to every client, thoroughly informing them of product advantages and disadvantages.
