Jim and Chanda were absolutely amazing through the entire process! Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and his heart for educating his clients, about the numbers, the process, and their options, was second to none! Chanda was friendly and extremely efficient in her communication with updates about every step of the process. They both were very personable and made me feel like I was the only client they had! I hope to be in my new home forever, but will definitely be using Jim and Chanda for any future mortgage needs!

Jim and Chanda were AMAZING to work with. From the start, Jim was super honest and up front. His wife Chanda, is just as wonderful as he is. She is very thorough and organized. Was daily letting us know where we were in the process. It was stressful and also terrifying because we were on a major time crunch to found our house.
