Nick Edgerly

Nick, a native of southern California, has called Lexington home since 2014. Him and his family have come to love their community; Nick says, “I agree with the popular, local t-shirt that says, ‘Heaven Must Be a Kentucky Type of Place’.”

As a former United States Marine, having served from 2006-2011, Nick’s military service formed much of who he is today, for which he is grateful. Following his service, he worked in a variety of industries from marketing to the defense industry- one thing they all had in common was client service. Through Nick’s personal experience of buying and selling several homes, he discovered the joy of the real estate industry, thus becoming a Loan Officer where he has been able to apply his client service experience to benefit his customers.

During Nick’s time away from work, he does his best to be an engaged father of three and good husband to his wonderful wife as they raise kids who are passionate to change the world.

While Nick enjoys helping anyone, he has a great passion to help first-time homebuyers.  Working with someone who has never owned a home can be a challenge, since often they don’t know what their credit looks like. It is because of this that Nick takes time to review their credit profiles to guide them to the best loan program. He enjoys assisting them throughout the process ending at the closing table and a family getting into a new home. “I believe in the power of homeownership and how it can change a family’s household wealth, and I’m here to help with that dream,” says Nick.
