With nearly 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ryan Ramsey, AMP, has helped hundreds of families achieve their dream of homeownership. As a trusted Branch Manager, Ryan is passionate about guiding clients—especially first-time homebuyers—through the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. He finds immense joy in helping people unlock the door to their dream home, making what can feel like an overwhelming process smooth, stress-free, and even exciting. Holding the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation, Ryan is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Whether assisting with conventional, FHA, VA, or Rural Housing loans, he works closely with homebuyers to find the best financing solutions to fit their needs.

A lifelong resident of Ashland, Ryan continues to call the area home with his wife, Stacy, and their son, Zachary. He is an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council 1487, where he contributes to faith-based initiatives and community service projects.

Beyond his professional and church commitments, Ryan is dedicated to making a positive impact in his community. He serves as a Board of Trustees member for the Boyd County Public Library, helping to expand access to educational resources. He is also an engaged member of the Ashland Kiwanis Club, supporting initiatives that benefit children and families throughout the region.

When he’s not assisting clients or giving back to the community, Ryan enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Stacy, and being “Uber” for their son, Zachary, shuttling him to school, practices, and various activities. He also enjoys watching sports and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
