Todd Ayers

Todd Ayers’ over two decades of mortgage experience, both as a mortgage banker and branch manager, has given him the keen sense and knowledge to be able to structure a loan to fit each individual’s or family’s needs. There is nothing that brings Todd job satisfaction like getting his customers into their homes. Todd is from Carmel, IN but moved to Louisville to attend University of Louisville where he has since made his home. Todd says of Louisville, “This city is unique in its attraction and support of independently owned businesses. And I can’t get enough of these beautiful, old Catholic churches and their annual picnics.” When Todd isn’t helping the Louisville community buy houses he is spending time with his wife, Christi, and sons, Liam and Reed, enjoying the outdoors. He also volunteers at his kids’ school and church. He has coached football, basketball, and baseball for many kids’ teams over the years, including his own children’s teams.
