"Going into this process I had no clue what to expect. Ms. Teri explained everything thoroughly to me always kept me updated on what was going on. If I had any questions she always had a prompt answer for me." Phoebe
"Teri and her team work very hard. They found issues that other lenders didn't find prior to my transaction, which saves myself and the sellers a bunch of time and money. Teri was very thorough in gathering information prior to underwriting which also saved time as well. My file was complete and told my story in full before it hit the underwriter’s desk. Although we had many setbacks, Teri kept me posted and in tune every step of the way. I would recommend her for eternity." Ashley
