Todd’s entry into the mortgage industry allowed him to continue this important work, particularly in rural areas like Hamilton, Alabama. Todd helps families find stability and a sense of belonging through homeownership.

With the support of his wife, Rhonda, Todd took a leap of faith by leaving his secure private sector job to work in ministry full-time. When that path didn’t pan out, he faced the daunting challenge of being jobless with a family to support. Unsure if he had made the right choice, Todd worked a minimum wage job for 12 hours each day while preaching on Sundays.

Eventually, his hard work and patience paid off, leading him to ministry work 1,700 miles away. Since then, his family has grown and lived in several places before settling in Hamilton, where his family roots go back more than 200 years. Working with people from diverse backgrounds across the US has deepened Todd’s appreciation for relationships and meaningful connections.

Todd’s journey as a homeowner began when he and his wife purchased their first house just before welcoming their first child. Years later, they moved into their second home after their youngest graduated from college.
